Into the concept
The bare concept was born with the goal to strip life back to its roots, combining nature, art and mindfulness to balance mind, body and spirit.
One comes to bless the absolute bareness, feeling that here is a pure beauty of form, a kind of ultimate harmony.
The act of being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling at every moment – without interpretation or judgment.
The act of turning new and imaginative ideas into reality. Art is characterised by the ability to perceive the world in new ways. This involves two processes: thinking, then creating.
Kokoro, is a Japanese word connecting mind, body and spirit.
It sees these three elements as being indivisible from one other.
For example if we say, ‘She has a good kokoro,’ it means she has a good heart, spirit and mind all together.
The oxygen that we breathe is from a symbiotic relationship between humans and trees in which we both provide the necessary element for one another to live and thrive.
Realize that nature is not just something on the outside in your environment, but a part of your very being.
